Shipping Policy
At Tay Beautyme, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for our customers.
Order Confirmation & Dispatch:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
After dispatch, we will send you an email with tracking details and courier partner information.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- A confirmation email will be sent for COD orders.
- Orders will be processed only after confirmation via email or mobile.
Shipping & Delivery:
All products are inspected and securely packaged before handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package promptly.
If they cannot reach the provided address or find a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Tay Beautyme. We are not responsible for delays due to non-responsiveness.
Shipping Charges:
Certain areas may have additional shipping charges.
Orders below Rs. 500 will incur a shipping fee of Rs. 50.
COD orders will have an additional charge of Rs. 100.
