Refund Policy
Refunds are provided for the cancellation or return of products, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy or these terms and conditions. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return or Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds are applicable for the full amount of the order or part of the order successfully cancelled, which was paid by you for the delivery of the order.
- For return requests, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been received by Tay Beautyme and has passed quality checks. The full product cost, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be refunded to you.
- No refunds will be provided for non-deliverability of orders placed with the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Refunds for returned COD orders may be subject to a deduction charge.
Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are processed within 7-12 business days after receiving the returned product and completing the quality checks.

Any interest charged by the bank for EMI transactions until the cancellation or return request is raised will not be refunded.

Tay Beautyme is not responsible for errors or delays in refunds due to bank processing or third-party service provider delays.
Mode of Refund:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment.
- If refunds for non-COD payments fail when processed to the source, the refund may be issued via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) to your bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order can be initiated either by Tay Beautyme or by you.
Cancellation by Tay Beautyme:
Tay Beautyme reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion for reasons including (but not limited to):

Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions.

Product unavailability.

Technical errors or system issues.

Invalid address provided in order details.

Malpractice detected in placing the order.

Bulk orders placed for commercial resale.

Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address.

Order undelivered after two (2) delivery attempts.

Rejection of EMI offer by the bank.
If your order is cancelled by Tay Beautyme, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
Cancellation by You:

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.

Orders that have already been dispatched from our warehouse cannot be cancelled after purchase.
If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Tay Beautyme reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests at its discretion.
You agree not to hold Tay Beautyme liable for any rejected cancellation requests. Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
